My journey to health and happiness started on 03.01.12, I was +-111kg (my heaviest was 120kg), lost, and unhappy. I knew I had to change something. Had many ups and downs throughout the years. My lowest weight was 80kg which is now my target. Today is 07.02.2022 and I am giving myself another restart, currently I likely weight about 105kg.
